Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the La Gineste website operated by DARUB&CO.

Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 – Products

The site sells a Morosil®-based food supplement. The essential product characteristics are described on the product page.

Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. The company reserves the right to change prices at any time.

The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Article 4 – Order

The customer acknowledges having read these terms before validating the order.

Order validation constitutes acceptance of the terms.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. Payments are processed via a secure solution implemented on the site.

The company does not store any banking data.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order. Delivery times are indicative.

The company cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be issued after receipt and verification of the product.

Article 8 – Liability

DARUB&CO cannot be held responsible for improper use of the product.

The product must be consumed in accordance with the instructions on the label.

Article 9 – Personal data

Collected data is necessary for order processing and is handled in accordance with the site’s privacy policy.

Article 10 – Disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
